Blocky Rush Gameplay Explained

Set in a rectangular grid filled with blocks of varying sizes, Blocky Rush lets you slide any block horizontally, left or right, to reposition it. Your core mission is to fill gaps in each row and then form complete row(s). Completed rows disappear, earning you points and freeing up space. Interestingly, clearing rows can trigger chain reactions as blocks above fall to fill the gap, enabling even more rows to form.

Each time you make a move (slide a block), a new row of random blocks will be pushed from the bottom. Continue sliding and clearing the blocks to ensure the grid has enough space for new rows to take place; otherwise, the game ends instantly.

Strategies and Tips to Rack Up Scores in Blocky Rush

In Blocky Rush, keep clearing rows to prevent the blocks from stacking at the top. Again, the game ends when there are no spaces for the new row.

Aim for combos. After the slide, gravity causes blocks to fall to empty tiles and possibly complete additional rows. So, try to set up chain reactions where you can clear multiple rows within a single move and earn bonus points.

Use power-ups. As you play, you will collect handy tools that can save your game in tricky situations when you are about to lose. Use them wisely to keep the game going as long as possible.
