At first glance, the gameplay may feel the same, but once the game starts, you’ll quickly feel the differences through the fresh gameplay. Slope 2 introduces more complex track designs with curves, more moving obstacles, and unpredictable twists in addition to regular static red blocks, steep ramps, and wild gaps. This sequel also includes several power-ups for speed boosts that add more excitement to the gameplay.
How to play Slope 2: More than just dodging obstacles
In Slope 2, nothing is new in the goal; it’s still about navigating the ball left, right, and down the slope, avoiding red obstacles and gaps. The run ends instantly if the ball falls off the track or hits a red obstacle. The ball moves forward automatically once the game starts, where speed meets survival. Get ready to push your limits and move as far as possible!
Steer left and right to avoid obstacles; no jumps. Use the A/D or left/right arrow keys to control the ball, avoiding obstacles like red blocks and gaps in the track. Like in the original game, the ball itself can’t jump over the gaps.
Gain speed boots using power-ups scattered along the track. Running through tunnels with arrows, hitting blocks featuring the up arrow icon, and passing over track sections with up arrow icons will all give you a boost. However, higher speeds come with greater risks; be careful not to fall off or collide with red blocks!
Stay on the track and score high. The game’s difficulty increases as you progress, with faster ball movement, sharper turns, sudden twists, and more obstacles. Stay focused; use your quick reflexes to keep the ball on the track and aim for your best score! Avoid oversteering since it significantly increases the risks of falling off or colliding with red blocks.
